Refund Policy for corevix
Billing Notice: This is a one-time charge that will appear on your statement as corevix.
At corevix, we strive to provide high-quality services and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
Website Design & Development Services
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
Eligible Refund Requests
A refund may be considered if:
- The project has not yet started.
- The client cancels within 48 hours of payment.
- corevix is unable to deliver the agreed service.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
- Design concepts or development work have already begun.
- The project is completed and approved by the client.
- Delays occur due to the client’s failure to provide required information.
- The client changes project requirements after work has started.
- Third-party costs have already been incurred (hosting, domains, premium themes, plugins, software licenses, etc.).
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.
Chargebacks
Clients are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in service suspension.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.
